Privacy notice
WheelMatch Pro is operated by Jamie Blakeman as a UK trading name. This notice explains how information is used when you search for a vehicle, upload a wheel image or request a quote.
Information we use
- Vehicle registration, make, model, year and fitment information entered during a search.
- Wheel photographs uploaded for visual matching.
- Name, email address, phone number, postcode and enquiry details submitted through a quote or contact form.
Why we use it
We use this information to identify the requested vehicle, compare wheel designs, carry out fitment checks, prepare quotations, respond to enquiries and keep an appropriate business record. Quote information is not used for unrelated marketing without a separate choice.
Service providers
A registration may be sent securely to the connected UK vehicle-data provider. The standard wheel scanner runs its visual matching and learned AI model on your device. It downloads the WheelMatch model and reference index; the standard scan does not send your photo to an external AI service. Website hosting and database providers process information only to operate WheelMatch Pro. The uploaded image is not attached to the saved quote request in this version.
The optional Lens backup sends a resized copy of your selected photo to SerpApi for Google Lens search only after you choose that action and confirm sharing. SerpApi and Google have their own privacy and retention policies; the backup does not promise immediate deletion. We do not attach that photo to your quote. Opening the manual Google Lens link does not transfer a photo; you choose what to upload on Google.
Retention and security
Quote and contact requests are kept only as long as reasonably needed to respond, support an order, handle a dispute or meet legal and accounting duties. Access to saved requests is restricted to the WheelMatch Pro owner’s authenticated staff area.
Your rights
You may ask for access, correction or deletion of personal information, or object to certain uses. Send a request through the contact form and include the quote reference where available.
